Participants will understand the ISO-9000:2008 automotive standards and requirements, as well as
learn how to modify an existing program to the new ISO 9001:2008 automotive standard. This event covers the benefits,
costs, resources and implementation of quality management. Participants will have a better understanding of the following:
- the requirements for ISO 9001 and an effective Quality Management System
- Understand employee’s roles and responsibilities in the development, implementation and maintenance
of an effective QMS
- Understand their roles in the Quality Management System
