This simulation gives participants knowledge of how LEAN principles and techniques can be applied to maximize customer value, minimize waste,
and reduce cost at a manufacturing facility that produces products at a low volume / high mix ratio. In addition, this course highlights
the need for a Lean Culture that supports Lean tools and techniques. These principles and techniques include:
